The Funding Commission has the authority to adopt Administrative Regulations that provide additional guidance for compliance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 342 related to the collection and administration of assessment rates. Regulations issued by the Funding Commission are found in 803 KAR Chapter 30.
- 803 KAR 30:010 This administrative regulation establishes the proper calculation of assessment, establishes the procedures and forms to be used to report and remit special fund assessments, identifies audit expenses, establishes procedures for collection of assessments and expenses, and defines penalty and interest procedures.
